1. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These are the General Terms and Conditions (“GTaC”) Solarstorm Productions for the Laser 3.14 Webshop. Email: info@laser314.com, registered with the Amsterdam Chamber of Commerce under nr. 73127639. These GTaC shall apply to all purchases and sales agreements entered into by Solar Productions and its customers through the laser314.com website (“the Website”). Without accepting these terms and conditions account, no products can be purchased.
1.ALGEMENE VOORWAARDEN
These are the General Terms and Conditions (“GTaC”) Solarstorm Productions for the Laser 3.14 Webshop. Email: info@laser314.com, registered with the Amsterdam Chamber of Commerce under nr. 73127639. These GTaC shall apply to all purchases and sales agreements entered into by Solar Productions and its customers through the laser314.com website (“the Website”). Without accepting these terms and conditions account, no products can be purchased.

Dit zijn de Algemene Voorwaarden (“AV”) van Solarstorm Productions voor haar Laser 3.14 Webshop, gevestigd: Rozengracht 20B, 1016NB, Amsterdam, Nederland, E-mail: info@laser314.com, geregistreerd bij de Amsterdamse Kamer van Koophandel onder nr. 73127639. Deze AV zijn van toepassing op alle koop- en verkoopovereenkomsten die zijn aangegaan door Solar Productions en haar klanten via de laser314-website (de Website). Zonder in te stemmen met deze voorwaarden kunt u geen Kunstwerken of producten kopen.

2.1 The purchasing process
You can place an order on the Website by clicking on “Add to Cart” all desired items on the website, which will place them in your Shopping Cart. You may then inspect your Shopping Cart and make any changes necessary. Colours of the original product can be slightly different then the colours on the screen. Only one discount code or voucher per order is allowed. Once you find the Shopping Cart corresponding with your wishes, you may click on the ‘Proceed to Checkout’ button, which will generate an electronic order form listing the desired items. Upon completion of the order form, including details of payment you will be transferred to a secure environment to finalize the financial transaction. This will complete your order.

U kunt een bestelling plaatsen op de Website door op de productpagina’s van alle gewenste artikelen op de knop ‘Add to Cart’ te klikken, waardoor het gewenste artikel in uw Winkelwagen komt. U kunt vervolgens uw Winkelwagen nakijken en eventuele wijzigingen aanbrengen. Kleuren van het originele product kunnen iets afwijken van de kleuren op het scherm. U kunt maximaal 1 kortingscode of waardeboncode per order toevoegen. Als de Winkelwagen eenmaal naar wens is, klikt u op de knop ‘Proceed to checkout’. Na het invullen van het bestelformulier, inclusief betalingsinformatie wordt u doorgeleid naar een beveiligde omgeving waar u de betaling kunt verrichten. Hierna is uw bestelling voltooid.
2.2 The sale and purchase agreement
Upon processing your order, the Website will in principle send you an email receipt. The sale and purchase agreement shall be completed from the moment the said email is sent. This said agreement shall therefore be deemed as agreed in The Netherlands.

The Webshop delivers to customers who have an address in the European Union for the said delivery costs. Orders from outside this territory are possible, but could need special delivery terms and costs.

3. PRICES AND INFORMATION ON THE WEBSITE
3.1 Listed prices
The prices listed on the Website are in EURO and include VAT, but do not include shipping costs. The total price listed on the order list and on the electronic order form does include shipping costs. Prices are subject to change at any time. Products are sold on a delivery unpaid basis. The recipient may also have to pay import duty or a formal customs entry fee prior to/or on delivery. Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation and customers are required to check these details before placing an order for international delivery.

4. PAYMENT
Payment can be made by means of such credit cards or alternative methods as are indicated on the electronic order form. By making use of a certain credit card(number) you confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours. The amount payable will be debited from your account when your order is accepted by Laser 3.14 Webshop. All credit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to Laser 3.14 Webshop, we shall postpone delivery and contact you. In that case Laser 3.14 Webshop shall not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. Credit card details will be processed by means of an SSL (secured socket layer) connection. Laser 3.14 Webshop shall not be liable for any misuse of this data by third parties.
4. BETALING

Door gebruik te maken van een bepaald(e) creditcard(nummer) bevestigt u dat de gebruikte creditcard of bankpas de jouwe is. Als de verstrekker van jouw betalingskaart weigert om betaling aan Laser 3.14 Webshop goed te keuren zullen we de levering uitstellen en contact met u opnemen. 5.2 Insurance of your shipment
All items are insured to an maximum amount of ____ euro by Laser 3.14 Webshop until such time that they have been delivered at your address. Any complaints regarding the state in which goods have been delivered must be made to Laser 3.14 Webshop no later than two working days upon receipt of the goods by email or telephone at the address/number listed in part. 1. In case your shipment is not delivered within 30 working days, Laser 3.14 Webshop will have the courier conduct an investigation of the status of your shipment. Only after the outcome of this investigation, Laser 3.14 Webshop may refund the value of your order. Such refund will be made if Laser 3.14 Webshop or the courier is to blame for not receiving your order. If you would like to insure your order for more, please contact us.
