"This work is part of an ongoing series. The image in the background shows a woman eating ice cream in Vondelpark on a warm summer day in the 1980s.

The idea comes from wanting to connect the city I grew up in with the present by adding a short street poem over the image. The photo was taken by Judocus van Soest. I love timeless atmosphere of the moment he captured"
